We are a small specialist team, however, the majority of our clients are large global organisations who ask us to address topics core to their business success. This is possible because our approach is based on a precision that means we, unlike our competitors, don’t need to flood an organisation with teams of consultants, instead, we deliver large impact with minimal investment, disruption and time. Which perhaps is why our clients come back to us when they have a new and important question to address.

Projects within smaller organisation are rewarding in a different way and often run a little differently. For example, we have modelled specific individuals within a business team and used the resulting expert model to design high performing organisation processes and systems. We have also modelled founding partners of an organisation to create a model that was then used for the recruitment and development of future partners so could rapidly scale their unique consultancy.

In essence, working with small organisations is typically about deep learning from particular instances of high performance, with the learning used to operationalise these factors of high performance as new norms. Alternatively, it has been about modelling a unique skill or capability within a founding team, so the capability can be replicated when scaling the organisation. If you have something different in mind, we are always open to a new challenge!

As outliers, we work with such individuals to explore the extremes of their own performance and help them build a deeper awareness of their own instincts and talents, so they can be deliberately adapted and practiced. Understanding why and how a particular routine works can have profound value. See the ‘way of seeing’ blog as an example.
